227 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Terms for All Members
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 227 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.
Effective date: 1 January 2026. These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia.
1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 227 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you are not permitted to use this platform.
Use of the 227 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Aged 18 years or above at the time of registration;
- Residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction that permits online betting platforms;
- Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not appearing on any sanctions or prohibition lists issued by any relevant authority.
227 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet the eligibility requirements above.
2. Account Creation and Security Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the 227 platform. Registering more than one account under the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Any activity carried out through your account — whether with or without your knowledge — remains your responsibility.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the 227 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules
Users of the 227 platform agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform;
- Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process;
- Colluding with other users to manipulate betting outcomes or odds systems;
- Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account;
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable Malaysian law;
- Posting content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful to the platform and other users.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 227 reserves the right to withhold any credit balance associated with suspicious activity pending investigation.
4. Payment Information and Transaction Policy
All transactions on the 227 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept direct payments in foreign currencies, and users are responsible for any currency conversion charges imposed by their bank or payment provider.
Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, local bank transfers, and e-wallets listed in the platform's payment section. Each deposit is subject to a minimum limit set according to the chosen method.
For withdrawals, users are required to verify their identity before the first request is processed. Processing times range from one to twenty-four hours depending on the withdrawal method and amount. 227 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for transactions exceeding certain limits.
Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute a legitimate transaction through your bank without first notifying the platform may result in account suspension and a block on withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.
5. Liability Limits and Account Suspension Policy
Platform liability limits
227 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profits damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including technical disruptions, server failures, or unexpected service interruptions. 227's maximum total liability to any user is limited to the actual deposit amount made by that user within the thirty days preceding the claim.
Account suspension and closure
227 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- Reporting or facilitating fraudulent activity or system manipulation;
- Failure to verify identity within the stipulated timeframe;
- Breach of any provision of these terms and conditions;
- Requests from relevant legal authorities;
- Account inactive for more than twelve consecutive months with no transactions.
Any credit balance in a suspended account will be held while the investigation is ongoing. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 227 platform — including the brand name, logo, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of 227 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws in Malaysia. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 227.
Third-party links
The 227 platform may contain links or references to third-party services for users' convenience. 227 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party services. Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party terms of service separately before using them.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
227 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on this site. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
